- Signed contract and down payment received from homeowner
- Borth-Wilson Expediter assigned and introduction letter sent
- Expediter conducts on-site measuring, inspection and homeowner consultation, if necessary
- Homeowner directed to showrooms for selection of fixtures, cabinets, tile, accessories and/or other custom products
- Fixtures and other material are ordered
- Project team meets to discuss logistics, arrival date of material, technician assignments, permits and tentative start date
- Homeowner is consulted and start date confirmed
- Fixtures and material arrive and are inspected at warehouse
- Project team meets to finalize individual responsibilities and work dates
- Expediter and team members arrive on first day of project for on-site overview and commencement of work
- Team members continue work on consecutive business days to expedite project
- Expediter remains in contact, makes frequent on-site visits, and resolves any outstanding issues
- Expediter conducts conference/punch-list at the end of the project to determine any remaining issues and answer final questions
- A satisfaction survey is mailed to allow the client an opportunity for a final evaluation of their experience with Borth-Wilson
