Our Process
At Borth-Wilson,
Inc. the remodeling process is fully defined and each client knows exactly what will happen and when it will happen.
- Signed contract and down payment received
from homeowner.
- Borth-Wilson Expediter
assigned and introduction letter sent.
- Expediter
conducts on-site measuring, inspection and homeowner consultation, if necessary.
- Homeowner directed to showrooms for selection of fixtures, cabinets, tile, accessories and/or other
custom products.
- Fixtures and
other material are ordered.
- Project
team meets to discuss logistics, arrival date of material, technician assignments, permits and tentative start date.
- Homeowner is consulted and start date confirmed.
- Fixtures and material arrive
and are inspected at warehouse.
- Project
team meets to finalize individual responsibilities and work dates.
- Expediter and team members arrive on first day of project for on-site overview and commencement of
work.
- Team members continue work
on consecutive business days to expedite project.
- Expediter remains in contact, makes frequent on-site visits, and resolves any outstanding issues.
- Expediter conducts conference/punch-list
at the end of the project to determine any remaining issues and answer final questions.
- A satisfaction survey is mailed to allow the client an opportunity for a final evaluation of their
experience with Borth-Wilson, Inc.
